14:30 BREAKING NEWS : The BBC are reporting, a Downing Street source has told them that on some subejcts agreement mayby harder to make, because of the fiscal situation and the need to cut the deficit. Althought that source did say the talks were constructive and thorough, and they are seeing eye to eye on most policy issues.It seems now the mood music coming throgh is not optimisitic for a Labour/Lib Dem deal, Ed Milliband body languauge showed that and also the soundings coming from Lib Dem sources.
