14:09 BREAKING NEWS : The Prime Minister Gordon Brown, has just arrived back at Downing Street. He was this morning in the House of Commons, meeting with members of his negotiating team. Also Alastair Campbell, is in Number 10 at the moment, so the PM and his team will be reflecting on this morning. Some are saying the Prime Minister's chief ally, Ed Balls, pushed the Lib Dems too hard in the negotiations, so they are now back talking to the Conservatives. Momentum it seems is now going towards a Lib Dem - Conservative deal.15:06 UPDATE : It is confirmed that the Prime Minister is holding a meeting with his top team. Harriet Harman, Ed Balls, Ed Milliband, Lord Adonis and Alastair Campbell are all in Number 10 now.
