15:50 BREAKING NEWS : It seems now the game is all over for a Labour - Lib Dem deal, and Downing Street is preparing to officialy admit that. The sight of Gordon Brown's allies heading into to Downing Street perhaps for one last farewell. A Downing Street source has told the BBC, that Number 10 recognises that talks with the Lib Dems have not and will reach not any positive conclusion, and they are now discussing the method of declaring that their side of the negotiation is over. But at the momment Downing Street will not officialy reconise that at the mmomment.
