13:24 BREAKING NEWS : The Prime Minister and Labour leader, has just landed at London City Airport. He is now due to go to Downing Street, to hold a series of meetings with senior ministers.He has also sent an email to Labour Party members, including me, saying "My duty as Prime Minister has been to seek to resolve this situation... My resolve has not, and will not, change. I pledged to do everything in my power to fight for the people of this country - to secure the recovery, to protect their livelihoods and to continue to fight for a future fair for all."
