01:31AM BREAKING NEWS - The former Home Sectary David Blunkett has conceaded defeat for Labour. He is saying he thinks the Conservatives have just edged this to win. He suggest there should a progessive allaince to stop the tories doing damage to fabric of society like they did in the 80s and 90s.
