BBC : Cameron will concede that constitutional right for Brown to form Government



02:45 BREAKING NEWS : The BBC's Andrew Marr is reporting from Cameron's team, that if the Tories have the most seats in the commons, they would have the moral right to form a government, but they are saying they wont challenge the constituional right of Gordon Brown to form a governement first. He expected to outline that in his speech at his count.
The Tories are thou briefing that they want to provide a stable governement. Cameron looks worried.
