14:05 BREAKING NEWS : The former foreign sectary and the former favourite, David Milliband has arrived at the Labour Party conference. He seemed incredibly relaxed and said there is no point in spinning as he really does not know who has won, as well as everyone else. He says he thinks he's run a "winning campaign". He also promises to give his brother a "big hug" later, regardless of the outcome. He said roll on 4:40pm!
