Ed Miliband first candidate to be officially nominated for Labour Leader

17:56 BREAKING NEWS : The former Energy Sectary, Ed Milliband has been officially nominated by the Parliamentary Labour Party, to stand for Leader of the Labour Party.

Prominent Labour MPs to nominate Ed Milliband; are the former Environment Sectary, Hilary Benn, the former Communities Sectary, John Denham, the former Welsh Sectary Peter Hain and the former Transport Minister, Sadiq Khan.
