Downing Street have released a statement from the Prime Minister saying, the PM has officially authorised the Civil Service to support all parties to discussion the formation of a government. He also said it is his duty to take all steps to make sure the UK has a strong, stable and principled government.
That means; that's the green light from the PM for the negotiations to begin.
